The Beginning..
In 2001, my family embarked on a new chapter by moving to the USA in pursuit of education. It was during my time in high school that I realized my life's ultimate calling—to make this world a better place and touch as many lives as possible. While studying in high school, I dreamt of becoming a doctor, driven by a deep desire to uplift the lives of people. But as I prepared for medical school, I discovered that the medical profession wasn't the right fit for me as holding an injection or witnessing blood sent shivers down my spine. Uncertainty clouded my mind, but deep within, I knew there was another path..
Shortly, I realized that even without wearing a doctor's coat, I could still achieve my goal by creating job opportunities which could make a substantial impact on the lives of others.. With this vision, I chose to pursue a career in Business Management. Little did I know that this decision would ignite a chain of events that would touch countless lives in the years to come.

Born of the Aashi Foundation ..
After finishing my masters, I returned back to India with a clear determination to work towards fulfilling my life's mission. My career path wasn't set in stone, but I knew I wanted to venture into entrepreneurship. It was essential for me to give back to society, so in 2012, I established the Aashi Foundation. Through Aashi, we aim to provide education, healthcare, and self-sufficiency to the underprivileged, with a focus on improving their future and quality of life. We also work hand in hand with other NGOs, united by the shared vision of creating a better world for all. Among our deepest commitments lies the empowerment of HIV+ kids, offering them not just essentials but the courage to rebuild their lives and reintegrate into society.

Entrepreneurial Journey..
From the very beginning, I was determined that our foundation would be self-funded, allowing us to carry out our projects without hesitation. I strongly believe that true empowerment lies in providing tools for self-sufficiency, especially for women. Driven by This belief, led me to start my first venture - The Tee Shop in 2015. At The Tee Shop, I poured my love for fashion and creativity into streetwear clothing. Yet, this venture was more than just fashion—it was an opportunity to give unprivileged women and specially-abled individuals a chance to thrive in today’s world. Hence, I built an in-house printing unit that was solely operated by them, fostering self-sufficiency and self-belief and weaving stories of empowerment through every stitch. Not only that, through our “Shop4Cause” initiative, we touch lives of many local artisans hidden in slums of Ahmedabad. During one of my projects in the slums of Ahmedabad, I observed the untapped talent of local artisans - women who excelled in hand embroidery, tie-dye and precise stitching techniques. However, societal barriers kept them confined in their own home, like caged birds longing to soar. To support them, I initiated the 'Shop4Cause' where I give them opportunity to work at comfort of their home. Every ripple of success here enriches the lives of women from the slums, through education, awareness, and vocational training—breathing life into their dreams.
In early 2019. I started another brand – Kavach Mask where I hold two intellectual property india approved Design Patents. I saw many women covering their faces with Dupattas/ Scarves, seeking relief from dust and UV rays. But their protection held no style, no grace, no defense against the deadly pollution. To address this issues, I created fashionable full face covering mask scarves, equipped with PM 2.5 filters. This innovation wasn't just about style; it was a way to safeguard women's health and well-being. Furthermore, the entire manufacturing unit for these mask scarves is operated by women, further promoting employment opportunities within the communities we work.
Journey Continues..
In the year 2021, fate entrusted me with a life-changing role as the CEO of Investmentor Securities Ltd., our family-led business. This incredible opportunity wasn't merely a passed-on responsibility; it was a canvas for me to rewrite the company' future, with innovation being a growth driver in highly competative broking business.
Upon stepping into my role, I recognized the need for expansion and diversification in our business operations. While we initially focused on equity and derivatives trading, I set out to develop distinct departments to cater to our clients' diverse needs. We established a robust Research department, dedicated to providing comprehensive market insights and analysis. Additionally, we ventured into the world of Mutual Funds and Bonds, empowering our clients with a wide range of investment opportunities.
Inspired by the success of leading platforms like Zerodha, I was determined to make our business operations entirely online, making it more accessible and convenient for our clients. We embraced technology to streamline our processes and offered clients the flexibility to complete their KYC online. Gone were the days of lengthy paperwork—our clients could now open trading and demat accounts online within a mere 15 minutes.
Moreover, we integrated UPI as a fast and hassle-free mode of payment, ensuring seamless transactions for our valued customers. Embracing the digital revolution, we aimed to provide a cutting-edge experience to our clients, fostering trust and convenience.
Taking our commitment to inclusivity to heart, I envisioned a better future for visually impaired individuals. Realizing their potential and talents, I established a dedicated telephonic customer support team, offering them meaningful employment opportunities within our company. This initiative not only transformed the lives of these individuals but also enriched our organization with diverse perspectives and unwavering dedication.
As the CEO, my responsibilities extended beyond traditional business functions. I became a catalyst for change, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. We fostered an environment that nurtured creativity and innovation, empowering our team to think outside the box and drive the company forward.
I firmly believed that as a company, we had a role to play in shaping a better society. Beyond financial success, our mission encompassed giving back to the community that supported us. Through various social initiatives, we sought to uplift and impact the lives of those in need, making a difference in ways that extended far beyond the realm of business.
This journey as the CEO of Investmentor Securities Ltd. has been nothing short of extraordinary. Every day, I am inspired by the resilience and dedication of our team and clients, propelling us towards a future where we continue to redefine success, one meaningful change at a time.
